There are now two ways for you to help raise funds for H.A.P.S !

1. Shop online via http://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/haps

This is a portal - register your e-mail address and identify HAPS as the charity that you wish to support and then link via this portal to hundreds of shopping sites such as Amazon, NEXT, Debenhams, John Lewis, Toys R us, HMV, PCWorld, Currys, Mesh computers, etc., etc.,

HAPS will receive a free donation of up to 15% from every purchase you make - it’s really simple - just put the above link in your ‘favourites’

2. Search the web and raise funds

This is even easier - this search engine combines the strengths of several search providers together - Yahoo, MSN LiveSearch, Ask.com and many more - just put this link ( http://haps.easysearch.org.uk ) in your favourites or make it your home page - then do all your searching through it. You’ll raise funds for us with every search you make! It’s completely free to use and if you make just 10 searches a day, you could raise £20-£25 a year - or more - for us.

Anybody wishing to be involved with the Society and it’s productions should contact the secretary - The next Production will be ‘Sinbad & the Golden Chalice’ - to be performed, as usual, during half-term week in February 2008 . We have appointed our Director, Musical Director and Choreographer. If anyone is interested in these positions for the 2009 production, then this is the time to get involved and see what we are about. We are always looking out for Back-Stage and Front-of-House help. There are waiting lists for cast but, if you’re interested, we can always find somewhere that you can help.

The commitment is weekly from September - Christmas ....Wednesdays for chorus, Mondays(including some Wednesdays) for Principals; from Christmas it will be Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays up until the theatre ‘get-in’ when it will be every night until the show opens.

H.A.P.S., a society established from the remaining members of the Wiggin Panto Group, in 1982, is a group of dedicated people who perform pantomime in order to raise money for local charities. Their pantomimes are generally performed during half-term week in February each year.

Please come and visit us regularly to see what new pages and pictures have been added. You will also be able to respond, comment and contact us.

Remember also to come and see us - we consist of roughly 50-60 enthusiastic performers with a wealth of back-up folk; Everyone thoroughly enjoys putting on the pantos, raising money for the local charities and giving the audience lots of good family fun.
